If you have work orders that are not related to classroom technologies (ceiling light replacement, broken locks / doors, etc.) please use the UCF Physical Plant work order system. OIR cannot process work orders for the Physical Plant.
Please complete as much of the form as possible. This request does not initiate the work. Someone from OIR will follow up with the requester after it is received. For budgetary reasons OIR does not provide replacement or spare equipment.
This form is for future projects only. If you have an IMMEDIATE classroom need (equipment isn't working and you're trying to teach your class) please call OIR at 407-823-2571.
